Managing Director

Christine has lead national and international brands, product portfolios, sales and service, advertising and communications for a range of complex service businesses. She has been building and delivering highly successful complex product portfolios and scalable digital and contact centre sales and service solutions since the 1990s.

As a result of her technology and engineering background she has been able to pull together the traditionally disparate management functions of technology and marketing.

Key to her success has been her ability to work with teams to ensure that the business and brand strategy, as well as relevant technical specialties and regulations are able to be understood and simplified for both employees and the marketplace. And that business foundations and practices are aligned to the marketplace as well as scalable.

Jeremy has delivered content and digital solutions for a range of complex services since 1997. With an academic background in history, arts and business Jeremy has been able to research, distill and construct high-performing digital, contact centre customer experiences and content.

Central to his success has been the ability to research and simplify information relevant to customer needs, as well as legally required content in a way that is simplified and meaningful for the marketplace.

Customer Experience Benchmarks are purchased by CVP clients, and are used as inputs when undertaking customer experience and product portfolio design.
